At parentree organics, we dispatch all orders via courier from our warehouse located in Surat, Gujarat.
  • Orders are sent out from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) between 10 AM and 6 PM.
  • Some courier services may request an OTP to complete your delivery.
  • Please provide this code to the delivery agent when your order arrives. An OTP will be sent to the phone number you provided during purchase.
  • parentree organics is not responsible for any damage once the delivery is complete.

     

    Cancellation policy

     

    Cancellation before shipping:

    • If you need to cancel an order that hasn't yet been shipped, please contact us at [+916353633599].
    • For unshipped prepaid orders, we’ll issue a refund in the form of a credit note within 4-5 business days from the date your request is processed.

     


    Cancellation after shipping:

    • After an order has been shipped and assigned to a delivery partner, cancellations are no longer possible.
    • We maintain a no-refund policy and do not issue refunds once a product has been delivered.

    At Parentree Organics, every order you place is automatically forwarded to our warehouse and logistics team for prompt processing.
    Once an order is placed, it goes through multiple stages of quality checks and careful inspection to ensure it meets our high standards.
    We verify the size, inspect every detail, and pack each item with care to ensure that you receive the right and perfect product—minimizing
    any need for cancellation.

    As orders are processed immediately after placement, they cannot be cancelled. However, in the rare case of an error, please reach out to us

    For clothing, we suggest choosing a size up if you’re unsure and
    double-checking our measurement chart to ensure the best fit before placing your order.
